 Warranty Warranty All of our electronic cigarette products are tested to the highest standards and go through many quality inspections. That said, all our products still siphon a DOA (Dead On Arrival) warranty. As all our products are consumable (or disposable) we require an email or confirmation within 24 hours of receipt to verify they have been received in a faulty condition. On receiving this confirmation, we will immediately unify to replace the faulty product. Should any of our products goof without 24 hours, you can still contact us and we will fully endeavour to replace your faulty product for up to 7 days of  *normal use (DOA for LR atomizers and removable cartomizers). Batteries 30 days. This warranty is valid by the theorizing that you have used and maintained the product correctly and only used it for the purpose it was intended for. Any intended or indeed unintended use or mistreatment of the product that deviates from the product’s normal purpose/use or maintenance will void the warranty. Any exterior forfeiture will void the warranty. (Exception DOA items) We still retain the right to have the faulty item/s returned to us for inspection surpassing we replace any faulty product. On confirmation the product is faulty, we will unhook a replacement product and reimburse your P & P financing up to a maximum of €10. Due to contamination and hygiene reasons, e-liquid and cartridges are non refundable items. As previously stated, our products are consumable/disposable. Our policy is simple. Our genuine customers have nothing to fear with regards to any faulty product stuff replaced, however, we must and will protect ourselves versus fraudulent claims.   *Manufacturer normal use is considered as 1 pack of cigarettes per day. eg: Consuming approximately 3 ml of e-liquid per day.
